Questions about Zend.com service architecture

How do you do Zend.com, I am a ZCE holder in Japan. Thank you for your reply and I would like to ask you about some points.
1. Synchronization between ZCE status and my info in PearsonVUE
First I have not understood how (and why) do you recognize who is a certified user of ZCE Exam, but now I know that you would get some informations from PearsonVUE in where I registerd. So update my information (email address) in PearsonVUE as same as registered email address in Zend.com to synchronize my status as a ZCE holder. But unfortunately, I can not update my informations at Zend.com Yellow Page because there is no “Edit button” even if I login from the front page or other place following your instruction written on Yellow Page.
Again, I am Takayuki Kawamoto as a ZCE holder as follows.
2. Information update without users’ permission
Some of my informations (as a ZCE holder) listed in Yellow page are deleted. For example, my image and name of firm and a link to it. Very modestly speaking, this is a security incident if it were a case in my office because I am also the Security Officer of ISMS and the privacy law in Japan :o Yes you have rights to modify or delete these informations if they are violated against your terms and conditions. But I do not find that violation in my submission.
3. This is a long story…
I have asked these questions since 2006 and you kindfully fixed once but now it turns back again in 2006. And problem in 2. was fixed and rolled back again and again.
Anyway thank you for your advance and I would like to hope you will fix these problems in the future.
